Tired of using wired throttle? Don’t know what all of those buttons on your wired throttle mean? Well look no further, Loco Ce is here. Loco CE has a crisp, clean color interface that you can drive your model train layout with your finger.

Loco CE fits easily in your wireless network. It is easy to operate and use to control your model railroad. Just wire up an access point and off you go. All that is needed is to have a system that runs KAM's train server software and an Ethernet connection to your PC (and of course a command station like Lenz Digital Plus)!

Loco CE uses a full duplex interface. The color represents the feedback from the model train layout, and the black bar represents the direct speed. KAM’s train server only provides feedback based on the command response from the command station. Other software products “cheat”, and do not provide you with real time feedback. Loco CE does not care if you are using blue tooth, wiMax or wifi. Loco Ce is designed to use any access point to connect to your network and train server.

Train server controls your model railroad layout and passes information to the connected devices. Loco CE is designed to give you a realistic control of the model train. The visual display gives you a full feedback of the layout. So look no future, start using loco CE today!

Loco CE software features a simple to use interface with a visual throttle, and KAM’s one step Smart Decoder® programming technology.  The Smart Decoder Technology provides a simple operation for programming a locomotive on your layout.  ( Download the manual!)

Loco CE may be purchased from the KAM web site or major dealers and OEMs.Loco CE is also bundled into leading manufacturers’ DCC systems; for example, Set LI*from Lenz Elektronik, GmbH. (see www.lenz.com for more information) .  

Loco CE software is the first product for the model railroader to use the latest computer wireless technology. The implementation uses an Open XML- data/control interface designed specifically for model railroad layouts.

Loco CE is shipped with additional software components to make it a complete solution.The popular Engine Commander® Release 3 and Train Server® software are shipped with the product. There are two versions of Engine Commander included with the product: a version for your local system and a second copy for a wireless laptop or tablet PC.

Loco CE software has a suggested retail price of $59 and is included in Lenz Set Li configuration (Lenz offers the Set Li product through their dealer channel). Loco CE software is compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP.Loco CE requires PDA versions PC2002, PC2003 or later. Loco CE software uses the Train Server to handle the traffic to/from the command station.Supported command stations include; Digitrax:LocoNet, LGB:MTS, Lenz:XpressNet, Lionel:TMCC, Massoth:Dimax, NCE:PowerPro, ZTC:ZTC511 interface.Other interfaces are under development. Loco CE supported features vary on command station; see the KAM web site for the latest information.Loco CE and Train Server are available for integration with third party software developers
